Instant Pot
I’ve now had my Instant Pots for almost 2 years. Yes, I have more than one….I actually have three. I bought the first one on Amazon Prime day. With that one I got rid of two crockpots and a rice cooker. I bought my second one on Black Friday. With that one I got rid of another crockpot and a steamer. I bought my third one a year later on Black Friday. I bought that one because I wanted an 8 quart (my other two are 6 quart). I LOVE my instant pots. But I must say there is a learning curve to adapting recipes for them…so I’m sharing recipes that work for me.
