Ingredients

carrots
scraped and shredded

raisins

chopped walnuts

mayonnaise

balsamic vinegar

sugar

lemon juice
Instructions
Combine carrot, raisins, and walnuts in a bowl.
Combine mayonnaise and remaining 3 ingredients, stirring well; add to carrot mixture.
Toss gently. Cover and chill.
