I've been experimenting with this recipe for a couple of weeks now. Think this is it! Here's my latest version...as you can see from the picture, it turned out great. Very light and moist.
Servings: 2pound loaf
Ingredients
1-1/3cupwarm water
3Tablespoonsbutter
4Tablespoonshoney
2teaspoonssalt
2-3/4cupsbread flour
1-1/2cupswhole wheat flour
2Tablespoonsvital wheat gluten
3teaspoonsrapid rise yeast
Instructions
Place into bread machine in order listed. Use the quick wheat bread cycle.
